I have BitComet 0.70 (connection aprox 40k <=> 380Kbps)
Uploads works perfect min. 8-10 connection with a speed of 15-20KB/s, but download max.1-2 connections with a speed of 1KB/s only for few minutes, most of the time absolut no conection for download, so to say, in 1 day max 500k - 1MB download :blink: I wait for 2 months for 1 GB 
The task has more than 1000 Seeders with a total of 6000 (S+L) aprox, so that should not be a problem.

That sounds like it might be a fake.
100% is no fake
and a have testes with others tasks, the same problem
Did you set your Upload cap???
you may want to lower it a little to something like 16 (Im just guessing here)
also lower the max upload slots to something like 6
Have you gone through the settings guide, theres a link to it in my sig
Your ISP connection is slower than mine so when figuring your settings they should all be lower than mine
I agree with bitdave.
Reducing your max upload bandwidth could help your download speeds alot, just remember to uncap when only seeding.
