Its not better. Thats not how bittorrent works. Bittorrent downloads pieces and starts uploading them the minute it gets them. It gets pieces with the best responce team and works its way down from there. I don’t know if you ever used Kazaa, but what you’re asking is similair to the way Kazaa worked. And that network was slow.
