Torrent exchange is missing after up graded to newer version of BitComet.

Help! Wonder what has gone wrong with my up grade to a newer version of BitComet. Before I up grade, I was using version 1.15 and the Torrent exchange is there in the channels. After up grading to version 1.17 and 1.18, the Torrent exchange is gone. Only Torrent history is there.

My computer has the followings:

OS: Windows Vista Home Basic

Version: 6.0.6002 service pack 2 build 6002

Processor: Intel® Core2 Duo CPU E7200 @2.53GHz 2533 MHz 2 core(s) 2 log.

Ram: 1GB

Is your system locale (language for non-Unicode programs) set to Chinese?

If yes, change it to English or another language.

To amplify, as of v 1.16, torrent-exchange has been removed at the insistence of the Chinese government, so if your Windows locale is China, the option is disabled and disappears.
