A task of mine is not downloading when number of seeders is about 3078 and number of leechers 4826.
the task is tucked at about 86.4% 
and this accounts for only abt 1.4gb.
Is there a way to move the uncompleted download to another pc and complete it?

Sounds to me like the Main Seeder (i.e. the only one who has 100%) stopped the upload. The only options are to leave it going for a few days and hope the main seeder comes back online, or try to find a different torrent…
well i dont know if i can mention what i am downloading, it is a game just released total size about 14gb, but only 1.37gb is left and it just doesnt complete , is there a way to finish it, i even tried to update the tracker option in bitcomet but nothing happens after several attempts
