torrents not showing in list

I was downloading some torrents yesterday and everything was fine until today. I returned to the library and opened BitComet to resume and none of my torrents I was working one was not there. I went to re-download them and it get this image that was attached. Did I do something wrong?

This sounds like bitcomet was not shut down properly. You can restore missing tasks…

Or you can just select “yes” and bitcomet will recheck (rehash) your existing files and continue the download.

If you make sure bitcomet is properly shut down in the future, this shouldn’t happen.
