I am relatively new to this torrent business. I initially downloaded Azureus and got two thirds of the way through downloading a file and it came to a halt. Having previously used Bitcomet to good effect, I am therefore trying to transfer the previously downloaded portion of the file to Bitcomet. I don’t want to have to start again!! Can anyone help?
First, set up the download directory of Bitcomet(preferences) to where you downloaded the file with Azareus, then open the .torrent file in bitcomet, you could also do a manual hash check before you start downloading. Bitcomet should start downloading the file from where you left off with Azareus, assuming that there are peers and seeders uploading. Hope this helps.
