Hi: I am new to this Torrent stuff, so please stick with me! I have figured out most of the program, but I am still stuck when it comes to how to set the maximum upload/download speeds…I have internet cable (Cox) so I would think I should be able to achieve decent speeds, but so far, my maximum download speed has been maxed at 15kbs…Should it be faster? What settings should I try?
