upload/download rates

hi, for some reason, my upload rates are around 30 kbs but for some reason my download rates wont go above 10 / 11 kbs. ay ideas. thanks

Read through out settings guide.

Try also checking your Windows setting to make sure they are optimized for Broadband connection (DSL, cable, etc.) There are a numbe rof programs avaialable..one I used is DSL Speed 3.6 .

( at www.DSL-speed.org I think)

After running it my download speed tripled.
