Hi to everyone, I’m a “Newby” i think you call them. I have been trying to upload without success. Creating and importing the torrent file I have been waiting for hours then days for the client to connect so my files are not seeded. Here are the trackers I use :

I hope I have explained well enough. Newby’s have a tough time with your vocabulary.

What am I doing wrong ?

After you create your torrent file, you must visit the tracker web site, log in to it, and upload your new torrent to it. Only after it has accepted the upload, and with some processing time (give it 15 minutes or so) will it accept you as a seeder for that torrent. You will be able to connect to the tracker, but nothing will happen until others have downloaded your new torrent and started leeching the contents.

I’m sorry I haven’t been back for days. The excitement of downloading, trying to work and having a personal life doesn’t leave much time for sleep. I have been around in other forums and the amount of information is diificult to swallow. Thanks for the tip Kluelos

Do you have any idea of how you can ad other torrent sites to the search menu in BitComet 0.70 ?
