Using BitComet on a Uni network.....anonymity??

Hi, I have recently arrived at Uni and am now logged on the network in my room. The agreement I signed says I cannot use Torrents etc, but I checked BitComet and it was still working.

ANYWAY…I still want to run it but obviously don’t want to get busted by my Uni administrators. Is there anything I can do to make my downloading anonymous at all??

Basically, no. Your university has forbidden it. If you do find a temporary way around it, they will figure that out sooner or later. This will have unfortunate consequences.
