Please help,I downloaded a full concert video but it will only play audio not the video what am I doing wrong or do I need to download some type of codac to make it work Thanks

Mmmm… ‘it’ is some unknown Player… but which one??
I suggest that you try Media Player Classic (it’s very good) and problably does have any codecs that you, right now, don’t have.

Download CCCP and install it set to Media Player classic. This will be the easiest way for you to watch your videos.
