This service is in beta testing phase. We (forum staff) don’t know why it works for some members and not for others, but if you look in the forum you’ll see we don’t recommend purchasing it until there is a stable release.
If you want a refund you can ask paypal or message queeniequ. Everyone having a problem has received a refund.
