i bought 10GB to download with, and it says “VIP Accelerate unsupported for private torrent.”
What do i do?

To his credit, there isn’t mentioned anywhere on the VIP site, that the service won’t work with private torrents. So, it isn’t really his fault that he assumed it would work.
This is due to the way private trackers handle peers, and the vip service would be seen as a separate peer operating with the same passkey your using and would violate the terms of many private trackers.
Unfortunately there isn’t going to be an easy fix for this problem, but please wait for someone from development to address this directly.

Agreed, we need to put this info somewhere that shows BEFORE you purchase it.
Hi dannyround, your bandwidth will not be subtracted since it was unsuccessful to download private torrents, and you can use the remaining bandwidth to download public torrents.
