VIP downloads

Hi,

not sure where else to contact someone about this. I paid X2 for a VIP download account and it still comes up as not active. Any ideas who can fix this for me?

Hi carolamar, which plan did you purchase? Have you checked your service page? If you need to activate VIP acceleration for a certain task, you need to do it via BitComet interface, detailed guides can be found here.

Hi,

I purchased the $ 5 twice, by mistake, but that’s not the issue

I only get the pink window in the VIP downloads, stating that my account doesn’t have active VIP accelerate. ( by the way account is not spelled right in that pink window,lol)

Hi carolamar, the record showed that your VIP acceleration is active currently, did you login to BitComet when you tried to activate VIP acceleration for a task?
