I ordered 10gig vip pack to finish off a torrent and once i got the pack it said i only had 5 gigs left when i never got to use it and when i tryed to use it on the torrent it just vip enabled waiting for download channel and it stays there for ever. Can i just get a refund or this fixed some how.
