I installed the 10GB to download 1 file of 9.1GB. After about 5 GB of download I got a message saying VIP is forbidden on your account.
I spoke to come support who said
You requested for refund, so we have made the refund and stopped your VIP plan. If you like this service, you can purchase it again.

Doesnt make much sense but they agreed to refund my fee however, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING YET.
I dont think it speeded up my download speed either

you can only download as fast as the connection you have. don’t fall for this payment stuff. I say take the refund then enjoy a beer.
