can any body help about this message “Proxy request failed - HTTP/1.0 403 Forbidden”
what does it mean and how i can fix it
note:sometime bitcomet work without this message and download begin but mostly bitcomet show this message and download stop completely
It is a problem with your proxy. You’ll need to describe your network setup before anyone can help much.
ok here is my connection detail
adsl 256k , my router is asus and my isp is using proxy
my proxy is 80.227.0.153 the port is :3128
and when i start bitcomet the program give the this message:Proxy request failed - HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden
On your sort of setup, it sometimes works if you set Bitcomet to use the proxy for http requests only. GIve that a try.

It looks like the proxy is blocking bittorrent, and I’m afraid the only thing you can do is try a different service provider or internet setup.
