i was downloading some music and i can not listen to it because of some sfv file format what is this and how do i get rid of it so i can listen to my music?

They’re entirely orthogonal to listening - they’re just for error checking. Once you’ve downloaded whatever it is successfully and have finished seeding back, then you can just delete the .sfv file. You can’t do anything with it and it’s not part of the music or whatever you wanted.
In practice, bittorrent downloads are far more accurate than file transfer methods generally used when the .sfv scheme was created. The .sfv concept is mostly a holdover from the past, when line noise and network glitches frequently caused errors when transferring files. Bittorrent’s hash-checking makes surviving errors very rare.
