Does anybody know if the upload speed of the eMule plugin is comprised in the upload speed that Bitcomet displays?
(Considering of course that eMule plugin is installed, enabled and running.)
I want to know, in order to set the 70-80% limit of the total upload bandwith correctly (that is, 80%, as Bitcomet’s limit or 80%, as the sum of Bitcomet’s and eMule’s upload limits).
