I just downloaded a movie using azureus and dropped out of seeds on 99.7% of the download 
It doesnt look that its going to continue ever
Is it possible to do something about this ? exept for the option to start all over again from another torrent ?

If there are infact no seeds, then it will only finish if a seeder returns.
If however, you are still downloading “rubbish data”, and it never completes, then this common problem can be resolved in most cases.
The former can sometimes be resolved by requesting a reseed from the trackers website, the latter by changing router settings, or temp. bypassing router.
