Where did it go and how do i get it back?

So i just finished downloading a movie (which took me a week to do BTW) and then clicked Remove Task and all Files. How do i get it back? can i still use it? and if there is a way, how do i clear the thing so it doesnt show when i make my next download?

Oh my… Stop every program you can that write to your HDD immediately! Read this and may luck be on your side…

P.S. I have “PC Inspector File Recovery” installed “just in case”.
