why can't i watch my downloaded files through mpc star?

i dont think its the downloaded file as i have tried two different ones and both don’t work.

When i previously have downloaded movies, tv series etc, all i had to do was right click and press preview, but now the preview option is not available.

I am not very good with this sort of stuff. I downloaded “supernatural-season 8, episode 10 torn and frayed HDTV x264-LOL”

any ideas people please help!

MPC doesn’t provide the preview function itself unless the movies that you downloaded has preview parts included.

What is the file name and extension of the video file you’re trying to preview?
