Why long term seed will not start downloading

I am trying to download some torrent which BirComet show there is some long term seed. But it has been sitting like that for more than 1 day without start downloading.

What can I do?

I attached 2 torrents in case you want to try  to do some test.

It happens regularly and is normally down to the seeded setting a low transfer rate so that if more than a couple of people are leeching, then the app simply can’t cope
