why pop out "unsupported media file format"????

hi.i’m freshy 4 using bitcomet.may i know that why i failed to watch the movie after it’s finished to download.

even i press"preview",pop out"unsupported media file format"!!

izzit i don’t have the suitable media player to watch it??

hope u can solve this 4 me..thank u so much!

Listen, don’t waste your time with that preview function, it takes way to long.
