Usually, the files I download are about 1.3 or 1.4gb in size. I have a CD burner, but not a DVD burner. I download these files, put about 700mb on one CD and 700mb on the other cd, take them over to my DVD player, and play them successfully. I believe they wind up being AVI files.
Now, heres my question.. The show I want to download is only available on the torrent sites as a 4.1GB file, which I presume is pure DVD format. Since I have a CD burner and not a DVD burner, am I unable to get these files, once downloaded, onto my CDs to play in my DVD player? I sure wish guys would upload their stuff in the divx format, or 1.3gb size… if nothing else, it downloads 4 times faster!! Any help would be appreciated.. thanks.
