Window Priority Change upon Song Change

I generally listen to playlists in MPCStar, but whenever it changes the song the video player comes to the front of the screen (in front of everything else, especially a problem with full screen programs).

I clicked Tools → Always on Top → Never, but it still seems to cause the issue.

try this:

open mpcstar player then click tools > options > appearance > uncheck allow multi players running at the same time on program startup
