windows 7 upnp

How do I get around the lack of upnp in windows 7. I keep getting a yellow light.

Windows 7 supports UPnP as well as Windows ever did.

The problem has always been that, if there is a problem with UPnP, the user cannot fix it.

UPnP is only a way of automating what can be configured manually, so the obvious answer is to do manual configuration.

The assumption that “yellow light” == “UPnP problem” is a tremendous leap, and is probably unfounded.

The short direct answer to your question would be that you “get around” the “lack of UPnP” by making sure it’s enabled both in Windows and on your router.
