Every time I load Bitcomet on my Windows x64 SP2 machine, my default folder view after loading the My Documents & My Pictures shortcut from the start menu looks like this:
The file menu is missing, and it looks bad.
I know it’s Bitcomet, as I first had the issue after installing and using the latest version of Bitcomet. Also, I ran the fix it below, and it fixed my problem. After opening Bitcomet later, it messed up my view again. It’s driving me insane. To fix it, I run the following:

Anyone know what’s going on? It only happens when using Start Menu shortcuts to open folders. Windows Explorer still shows up with the menu bar.
