.xmd is a disc image file, made with “gamejack” I believe.
I think it is a two part disc image, like .bin/.cue, or mdf/mds.
I think UltraISO will mount/burn these images.
I suggest you look for a file.nfo or readme file for instructions, most torrents contain these.

ok ok, there is no readme with the file, i will look for the torret info…
do you know of any program i would use to open the .xmf?
Like the man said, try UltraISO
its saved in xfm file, and xmd
Please note that you state you have an xfm file here, then later referred to it as an .xmf
I assumed that you meant .xmf, since it would likely go with the .xmd to make a disc image and cue sheet set, such as a .bin/.cue
Please besure to post accurate info, or we cannot help you.

ps. besides ultra iso, there are likely other “iso” programs that will burn/mount or convert this disc image.
well the xmf file is about 718 mgs and the xmd is 1kb
thanxs for the help much appricated suspect.
ok so i got ultra iso
do i burn the .xmf and .xmd files onto a cd? cuz it says i have to enter cd 1?
please clarify exactly what you did, and when you get the error
Ok ok! So i have burned the files on cds and everything is good.
Except
when i try and load the game, its says
and i quote
Cannot find cd-rom
Please select the correct cd rom and restart application
Now could this be because i have the game burnt onto 2 disks??
Sooo losst right now.. any imput???
This is the game’s copy-protection doing its job. It has detected that these are not authentic game CD’s, and is asking for the real thing. That is what copy-protection’s function is.
