i cannot use internet explorer 7.0 or firefox 1.5 to browse web pages when i am using bitcomet 7.0 to download files

i am using windows xp x64

amd athlon 64 3000+

asus A8N-SLi (nforce driver version 6.86)

Limit your upload speed to 20% lower then the limit so you’re not flooding your connection.
