If it's below 1.0 or 100%, it means that nobody in the swarm has the missing portions, and the download will not complete unless a peer who does have them, joins the swarm later. Check to see what files are actually incomplete. If they're the small Windows bookkeeping files like "thumbnails.dat", you don't need them and the torrent is probably useable as is. Check what the other peers have downloaded. If there are seeds, but you see others stuck at the same percentage, then it's likely a "poisoned" torrent which is intended never to complete. This is usually found only if the torrent concerns a very recently-released movie or recording. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
