Scheduler in 1.15

This has basically stopped working.

1) What version of BitComet are you using?

1.15

2) What type of Internet connection do you have (ADSL, etc.)?

ADSL

3) Do you have a modem? Do you use a router? What model? Have you forwarded your port?

Safecom router, port forwarded fine.

4) What version of Windows, Firewall and Antivirus do you use?

Vista Ultimate SP1, Kaspersky 2009, Kaspersky 2009.

I have a scheduler block marked out to stop downloads at 9 AM, and it doesn't.

If BitComet is exited and restarted it knows the block is in place.

This worked perfectly before v1.15, and the code has obviously been changed because the "waiting" diamond is displayed instead of the "stopped" circle for a scheduler stopped job.

What exactly happens? Do you still see traffic for the running tasks or what?
