Well, not about that anyway, but your attached images never made it -- so you did do something wrong about that. The rank information comes from a BitComet web server, through the built-in MSIE browser. When there's any kind of error, you get the MSIE error page, or a jumble of html. In this case it's probably trying to tell you that it can't connect to the web server. That happens whenever the web serve goes down, or the database behind it dies.
