kudzuken
I'm using version 1.19 with Windows 7. When I start a download it may download for 5 minutes, 1 minute, 1 hour or whatever. i have to keep restarting it. WHY? This has been happening since version1.18 with Vista. I use AVG anti virus and the firewall has an exception to allow Bitcomet. What do I need to do to correct this. I have uninstalled and reinatalled the software with no change. greywizard
i have to keep restarting it. WHY? Actually it is us who's going to ask you that question: Why do you have to restart your client? Have you provided an explanation of what goes wrong, so that you need to restart it? Nope. Therefore, if we don't know what the problem looks like in the first place, how could we come up with an answer? B)
guta1987
Hi, I'm experiencing the same problem. When im downloading torrent from web site for ex. isohunt and it's going directly to bitcomet it suppose to starts downloading but its not. There is a red cross and it says that it stopped to download and that the file cannot be found or there is no access to the file. What wrong? Why this is happening? Please help. I'm using bitcomet for over 5 years and such thing never happened. Please find attached a screen shot of my bitcomet. Maybe this will help
kluelos
When you mouse over the red x, a tooltip will pop up to tell you what the problem is. Since it's affecting all of your torrents (way too many at once, btw), I'd suspect it is some sort of disk issue, but it could be several other things. Unfortunately, your explanation really isn't clear: "it says" (WHAT says, exactly?) "that this or that" (We need to know exactly what it says, approximation isn't nearly good enough.) "the file) (WHAT file?) cannot be found"
greywizard
@ guta1987: Actually your problem is nothing like the thread initiator's problem. You can't possibly know that you have the same problem as him since he didn't clearly state his problem, in the first place. You have an entirely different issue. Which is covered in the Wiki FAQ.
