Tengo el mpcstar 4.2 y el total video player pero no puedo verla con ninguno de los dos. Con qué programa podría verlos? Por favor, soy muy novata con estas cosas y necesito mucha ayuda. Reproduce here the exact text of the message. ¿Quién/qué te dice que el archivo está bloqueado? Escribe aquí, exactamente lo que dice el mensaje [palabra por palabra].
