Open Dir tab won't respond to my clicking

I am using Bitcomet 1.20 and I have Verizon DSL. In the past when I am finished downloading a movie I would always "extract" it by clicking on the tab "Open Dir" and then save it in "my documents". Recently, I noticed that when I click on "Open Dir" tab it won't open and I cannot extract my movie files. Is there any other way to extract my downloaded movie files into "my documents"? I tried to drag it but it doesn't work. I am still able to download but I can't preview and cannot get the movies. Please help, deeply appreciated!

I just checked on my system and if I "right click" on the task, and select "open directory", it will open. However, you don't need bitcomet to access the files you downloaded, once the download is complete, you can access them from any other program or media player, or simply from windows itself.

You just need to open your designated download folder. By default, it will be c:\downloads (on your version of bitcomet).

Open "Computer" (or my computer) and open your "C drive", then open "downloads".

If you didn't use a default download location, then go to "options" "directories" then you will see where your downloads are saved.
