mikekstitzel
I would pretty much leave all my downloads on a 2tb disk I use forever (seeding from what I understand) if I could clear them from bitcomets display. How can I do this? This will seem extra dumb I am sure, do I want a high share ratio or a low share ratio, I suspect is is a ration of uploads and downloads but how does that work out on paper? If I should have a ratio of 1 to 1 then I am nowhere close to what I should be doing. About the "health" listing in bitcomet, I am not seeing a pattern, sometimes a health of 500 will download very slow and a health a 5 will be quick, is there a pattern I can look for? Thanks for your patience!
kluelos
BitComet will allow you to display all tasks, just seeding tasks, or just downloading tasks. Sounds like that last is what you want. A high ratio -- uploaded more than downloaded, so > 1:1 == 1.0 -- is what you want. Heath does not correlate with speed, as there are many, many other factors involved. Health just means how many complete copies of the torrent (in aggregate) there are among the current swarm members.
