Hello,

I"m facing this error when i try to download:

In the tracker window: "Tracker response error : access denied , torrent limit reached"

What does it mean ?

The tracker is telling you this. "Torrent limit reached". It could mean that you are trying to download too many torrents. It could mean that too many people are trying to download this particular torrent. It could, and most likely does mean, that this was a private torrent, that somebody's private key was published with it, and that too many people (i.e., more than one) are trying to download using this supposedly exclusive key.

At any rate, it is a tracker issue and the question needs to be taken up with them.
