Bitcomet descarga cuando quiere y no me deja navegar cuando funciona

Saludos, soy un asiduo del bitcomet sin embargo he tenido algunos problemas desde que cambie de computadora y de sistema operativo, pase de XP a WIndows 7.

Uso BitComet 1.23 , conexion de 1Mb adsl, tengo un router XAVI X8021r, si he abierto el puerto y lo he redirigido

Uso Windows 7, he desactivado los firewall de windows, uso el nod32 4.0.314.0

Hice el test d evelocidad de la pagina speedtest.net y mis resultados son los esperados para la velocidad que poseo:

1.68 Mb de subida, 0.21 de bajada y 88 ms de ping. el promedio se mantiene despues de varias pruebas.

No tengo problemas al abrir el puerto lo he hecho muchas veces y no tenia problemas al usar windos XP, pero recientemente cambie a Windows 7, lo que pasa es que la primera semana no me reconocia el puerto abierto, por eso salia la luz amarilla, esto a pesar de hacer los pasos que detallan en

Ya iba a formatear el cpu y reinstalar el XP cuando un dia milagrosamente apareció la luz verde. AHora lo que pasa es que despues de navegar en internet abro bitcomet y pongo unos 6 torrents a descargar, los dejo asi y me voy a dormir, y a la mañana siguiente todo esta en 0 (cero) y no ha descargado nada. Reinicio la computadora y lo intento otra vez y pasa lo mismo, no descarga nada a pesar de tener la luz verde y estar logeado.

Ahora hice pruebas reiniciando el modem, reiniciando la computadoraa, desactivando la conexion y a veces la combinacion al azar de estas hace que se descargue con normalidad, pero esto sucede raras veces, es decir si descarga, pero como puse en el título, lo hace cuando quiere y no se porque, pues se supone que deberia hacerlo cada vez que lo abro, como pasaba cuando lo tenia instalado en XP.¿hay alguna incompatibilidad con windos 7?

Tengo el bitcomet funcionando en compatibilidad con windows XP service pack 2, esto dentro de las pruebas iniciales cuando me aparecia la luz amarrilla.

creo haberlo hecho bien aunque no me quedo claro esta parte:

"Cuando llegue al paso que dice 'Por favor introduzca la IP estática que quiere redirigir:' ("Please enter the static ip you want to forward to:") y esta es 192.168.2.[espacio, aquí], introduzca el último dígito de su dirección IP en el espacio. La IP estática es la misma que la que vio en MS-DOS, cuando escribió ipconfig /all."

no entiendo esto, ya que en la pagina http://portforward.c...1R/BitComet.htm que es donde debo poner ese dato, pongo el numero en el recuadro,

pero no se de que me va servir eso.

En resumen, el bitcomey funciona cuando tengo la suerte de que lo haga, no se porque y me gustaria saberlo. ¿Hay pruebas que pueda hacer?¿puede ser algun conflicto entre programas?

FInalmente, a pesar de programar lo slimites de velocidad, cuando esta conectado el bitcomet no puedo navegar en internet, ninguna pagina abre ¿esto es normal?

p.d. La luz amarrila aun me sale, pero se arregla reiniciando bitcomet, lo raro es que a veces parece que descargo mas rapido cuando esta en luz amarrila. Por ejemplo ahora despues de escribir el mensaje lo probe y empeso a descargar rapidamente, cosa que estoy seguro no pasará en unos momentos.

Cabe resaltar que descarga normalmente cuando inmediatamente después de activar un torrent se ven los seeds y peers activos, cosa que no pasa cuando la descarga es nula y esto muchas veces a pesar de tener la luz verde. FInalmente no hay horas fijas para que funcione o no ya que los he probado en diversas horas.

Hello, I am an ardid fan of BitComet, however, I've had some problems since I changed computer and OS (I went from XP to Windows 7)

I use BitComet 1.23, have a 1Mb ADSL connection, a XAVI X8021Rrouter, have opened the port and have forwarded it.

I use Windows 7, have disactivated the Windows firewalls and use NOD32 (4.0.314.0)

I did the speed test at speetest.net and the results were the expected ones, for my connection:

1.68 Mb [download?], 0.21 [upload?] and with a ping of 88 ms. The average is steady, after various tests.

I don't have any problems opening the port - I've done it many times and didn't have problems, when using Windows XP but, recently, I changed to Windows 7. The thing is that the first week it wouldn't recognize the open port - that's why it showed the yellow light, even though I followed the steps detailed at:

I was all ready to format the CPU and reinstall XP when, one day, the green light appeared as if by a miracle. Now, what happens is that, after surfing the Internet, I open BitComet and start about 6 download tasks. I leave them like that and go off to bed. The following morning, everything is at 0 (zero) and it hasn't downloaded anything. I reboot the computer and try it again. The same thing happens - it doesn't download anything, even though it has the green light and I'm logged in.

Now I've done tests [by] restarting the modem, rebooting the computer, disactivating the connection and, sometimes, a random combination of these [actions] will make it download in a normal fashion (but this is on rare occassions). However, as I stated in the title, it does so when it feels like it and I don't know why, as it's supposed to do it, each time that I open it, just like it used to when I had XP installed. Is there some sort of incompatibility with Windows 7?

I have BitComet working in [Compatible Mode] with Windows XP SP2 - I did this, when I first did the tests, at the time that the yellow light appeared

I think that I did it properly, although this part wasn't completely clear to me:

"When you come to the step where it states "Please enter the static ip you want to forward to:" And it's 192.168.2.[space here] Input the last digit of your IP address into the space. The Static IP is the same IP Address as the one you saw in MS-DOS when you typed ipconfig/all."

I don't understand this as, on the page http://portforward.c...1R/BitComet.htm where I should place this information, I place the number in the box,

In summary, BitComet works when I'm lucky that it does so - I don't know why but would like to. Are there any [other] tests that I can do? Could it be some sort of conflict between applications/programs?

Finally, even though I've adjusted the speed limits, when BitComet is connected/[active], I can't surf the Internet - no page will open/load. Is this normal?

PS - The yellow light stills appears, but gets fixed when I restart BitComet. The strange thing is that sometimes, it seems that I'm downloading faster when the yellow light is on. For example, now, after writing this post, I tried it and it started to download quickly - something which, I'm sure, will not happen, in another few minutes.

Something to add is the fact that it downloads normally when, immediately after starting a torrent, the active seeds and peers appear - something that doesn't happen when the dowload is nil and, in many cases, even though the light is green. Finally, there aren't any fixed time-frames of when it will work or not, as I've tested it at various times [of day/night].

It is going to make the address which you selected, appear in the correct places where you are going to need it, in the screens that follow.

Try entering "42" in the box. Then search for "42" elsewhere in the page (Ctrl-F to search if you're using Firefox) Notice where it appears, in those screenshots of your router's setup screens?

Now change the number in the box to 127 and search for that. See how what you enter in the first box, appears in the right places in the router screenshots below?

So this is telling you how you need to set up your router and is trying to make it easier on you to understand.

Va a hacer que la dirección que tu elegiste aparezca en los sitios apropiados (donde lo vas a necesitar) en las ventanas/imágenes que siguen.

Intenta introducir "42" en el recuadro. Después, busca dicho número en otro lugar de la página (si usas Firefox, pulsa Ctrl-F para buscar). ¿Observas dónde aparece en esas capturas de pantalla (de la configuración de tu rúter)? Ahora cambia el número del recuadro a "127" y busca éste - ¿Ves cómo lo que escribiste en el primer recuadro aparece en los sitios adecuados, en las capturas de pantalla para tu rúter, justo debajo?

Esto, por tanto, está indicándote cómo necesitas configurar tu rúter e intentando ponértelo más fácil de entender.
