You'd have to look at and deconstruct the web page source to figure out what it is.

Once you know that it should be much easier to figure out how to download it, but you can accomplish the exact same thing in Shockwave.

Unless there's a lot of demand for downloading things like this it's unlikely that BitComet will include any special means of capturing it, assuming that's even needed.
