I moved the torrent (from the bitcomet pop-up menu) to different drive letter and it still does the same thing. I turned off my kaspersky internet security and it does the same thing. Tried changing my upload/download speeds. It only does this to this torrent though. greywizard
Hi. Whenever this happens, what is the status of the task's icon in the Task List? Does it simply turn to gray or it turns into a red cross? If it's a red cross what is the message you get when hovering the mouse pointer over the icon (or alternatively you can try to read it in the right side of the Summary tab)? Is the torrent private or public? You can also PM any of the staff members with the magnet link for the torrent (and we'll post it in the staff area so that it's accessible to all staff members and the dev team as well) in order to try and reproduce this, provided there isn't any explicit error message you can retrieve from the Task List/Summary tab. owenbarke
My torrent is public, I got it from a very common torrent site. yes, My task list icon turns to an "X". On my summery tab with the label called "status" it shows that error "Failed writing file: [The requested lookup key was not found in any active activation context]". It doesn't turn gray or some other color. It also shows in the torrent log too. The status message text turns red as well. I turned my upload to 20kb and it has stopped. if I go 25kb or greater, I get 2k downloads. After a few seconds or a few hours, then I get this error again. Can I give you the torrent magnet link or has to be the others? Edited April 14, 2011 by owenbarke (see edit history)
The UnUsual Suspect
Can I give you the torrent magnet link or has to be the others? Yes, you can send the link to Grey Wizard. He will make it available to all members of support and development for testing.
