ashanta
Hi, I don't know what's happening but I can't install VLC plugin on CB. I installed the full VLC app. on my laptop with Mozilla plugin checked but it doesn't appear on the "plugin" CB list . How to do it, please ? kluelos
They've never heard of CometBird, so the automatic install won't work. You'll have to do it manually.

The UnUsual Suspect
This really is very simple, just follow these instructions, except substitute "cometbirds" folder that you copy the files to. 1. Quit Firefox or Mozilla2. Copy the two files in VLC_Installation_folder\mozilla (usually C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\mozilla) to your mozilla plugins directory (Usually C:\Program Files\Mozilla\plugins or C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\plugins). 3. Restart Firefox or Mozilla As you can see it tells you exactly where to go to find the files, assuming you used default location when installing. If you want to know the name of the files, just open the folder and look. Also note that on 64bit window versions the "program files" folder will be "program files(x86)". ashanta
The point is that I don't have such Mozilla folder on that location, that's why I asked you which are both files to make a search on my computer. Let me know, thanks in advance.
kluelos
If the folders are not where Videolan says they're supposed to be, then the issue needs to be taken up with Videolan.
