Since 2 weeks i notice download problems. torrents with more than 50 seeders online wont download or download with 1 or 2 kb. one stops at 99.9 % with 12 seeders online. i went to an internetcafe, there is the same problem, i use bittorrent latest version. is there a legal process runing. plz help Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
