blocked port after new router/bitcomet update

i have the new version 1.27 bitcomet,new linksys e2000 router, windows vista 32bit, port has been opened in my router setup page, but still have yellow blocked port notification, port worked fine with old router!i need help thanks for a quick reply!!

This indicates that you have a firewall blocking your listen port.

Your first step should be trying the connection with the router out of the loop (reconfiguring your network connection as your ISP requires). If your listen port now shows as unblocked, then you know that the router was not configured correctly and its firewall was still blocking the port -- quite likely because you neglected to set a static IP address between your computer and your router, since you did not mention doing this important step.

If your listen port is still blocked, then you know that you have at least one software firewall which has not been correctly configured. You must find it/them and configure or disable it/them. You need a firewall. You do not need more than one firewall.
