MPCSTAR full screen problem

When I watch a video and full screen it and close it, whenever I open another video it's not full screen although it says its on full screen...It actually opens on a small screen exactly on the top-left corner and I have to click full screen button to put it back to normal and click it again for full screen but this time its almost in full screen(I can see my desktop background a bit on the left and bottom(maybe 1-2% of total screen) so I have to rezise it to normal again and click full screen again for it to be completely full screen. It's anoying as I always want to watch in full screen so doing these step for every video is anoying. I beleave this always happened and only subscribed to seek any help before switching my default player.
