I ONLY HAVE ONE BACKUP FOLDER BUT IT DOESN'T GIVE ME AN OPTION TO UPLOAD OR RESTORE UNFORTUNATELY I DON'T REMEMBER WHAT VERSION I HAD. I HAVE A DELL INSPIRION 1545 LAPTOP WITH A ROUTER. Start with the "READ THIS before posting", and when you provide all the required info, let us know if you installed your new version overtop your existing windows, or in a separate partition, as well as your previous and current windows versions.
