raymondloh
When i slide my mouse over to the BitComet icon in the tray, it shows it's uploading quite a huge amount of data. But when i open BitComet to check it out, there's not a single torrent that's uploading any data, so how's this possible? The UnUsual Suspect
There is a well documented feature called "Long-Term seeding". This is a feature and a protocol designed by, and unique to bitcomet, and it will make use of unused bandwidth by seeding inactive tasks. This technology is of benefit to the entire community, not just the bitcomet user, and LTseed can greatly increase your download speeds when it's enabled, but if you don't want to use it, it can easily be disabled in options. However I strongly suggest you use it.
