Master64dx
Hi So, I tried to download something, after and hour or so I found what I was looking for via direct download, so I stopped the torrent and delete it with the downloaded files, I didn't notice at first, but the folder with the downloaded files was in my desktop, usually they go to C/Downloads, I tried to delete it "manually" but I could not because "It's been using in another program", I closed BitComet completely, but I still could not do it, I restarted my computer and tried again with no success. I went in safe mode, and I deleted the folder completely, but now every time I start windows the folder appears on my desktop again, but it's empty though, and I can delete it from there, but it appears every time I turn on the computer. Any suggestions? (BitComet doesn't start with Windows by the way)
kluelos
Get and install an application named "Autoruns". It will tell you exactly what applications windows starts at logon. One of them, most likely the one that had the file locked, is recreating it on your desktop. Very viruslike behavior, that. You probably want to find and kill that app.
