anzac1955
Have my computer back after crashing, but saved my files not my torrents, how can I get the torrents for about 100 files and reload the files to comet from my "E" drive to "C" drive for comet program to be able to seed. Any one that has the unswer for me would be greatly appreciated. thanking you in anticipation anzac1955
The UnUsual Suspect
Restart the torrent just like you did when you downloaded it, as long as the complete files are in the default location, it will recheck them and begin seeding. If it begins downloading, that means you didn't have the files in the correct location.
kluelos
If you do not have copies of the .torrent files themselves, you now have an excellent argument for why you should download .torrents to a separate location on your hard disk (e:\Downloads\Torrents), and keep those tiny files until you are absolutely certain that you will never need them again. This is far, far easier than needing them and having to try to remember which index site you got them from -- and if you DO remember, hoping that they are still there or that you can find them again to redownload. If the problem was caused by a recent crash, then it is possible that copies of most of the torrents still exist in your %BitComet%/torrents directory. Copy the torrent files elsewhere first. Then load them and point them to the completed downloads as TUUS says. Hopefully this will recover most or all of them.

kluelos
When you look in the program directory, make certain you're not being misdirected by Virtual Storage. You wouldn't be the first. BitComet doesn't know/care that you're keeping a copy of torrent files elsewhere, so no options need to be changed.
