The UnUsual Suspect
You need to either edit or delete the .xml configuration files that bitcomet uses, this will remove all settings, tasks and history as well as the password. The location of these files varies depending on your windows version and user account settings as well as your bitcomet version and settings, which is one of the reasons we request this info in all support requests, but since you didn't provide it you're going to have to do some looking. I'd start in your %appdata% folder. The password is probably encoded in the BitComet.xml file, but if you want a fresh clean install you can delete the entire folder and all it's contents then you can do a clean install.
